Initiated the campaign “I am Responsible” worldwide to raise healthcare awareness among the masses

Co-authored a book on tracer methodology, published articles, papers and blogs

Initiated and launched the campaign on “4 essentials of patient safety” in 2012 focusing on patient identification,
surgery-correct patient, hand washing and preventing patient falls in healthcare settings

Created a strategy blue book & led the turnaround of 1400 beds

Designed and implemented the initiative “War on Waste” for hospitals that led to cost saving

Conceptualized and led the implementation of Quality 2.0 with a focus on process standardization & automation,
competency development, quality as a revenue centre, JCI & NABH accreditation & reaccreditation
and team restructuring & development.

Conceptualized, organized and developed the concept of International Patient Safety Conference
